Shipping & Deliveries
We deliver goods to all areas of Mainland UK. For deliveries outside mainland UK i.e Isle of Man, Channel Islands and ALL overseas orders please contact us at 01425 489756. Alternatively send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day provided that you have ordered before 2:00 pm. If you place your order after 4:00pm it will be dispatched the next working day (Not Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
We use Royal Mail dependant on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail upto 6kg weight) Fedex UK or Wyvern Cargo for larger orders.
Standard Delivery Service (Using Royal Mail Service) – within 1 to 3 working days
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collection of the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third parties.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £9.99 charge to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the transit, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the loss with carrier concerned. Please do allow up to four weeks for the carrier to confirm the loss.
